A New Opportunity To Impact South Bend.

First and foremost, our mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ and this opportunity will help us fulfill this mission. With this new opportunity, we'll have additional space to provide more ministry opportunities for our church family and community.

Additionally, we'll have a new location for events beyond our regular services. This building is a single floor with ample parking and accessible entrances, so everyone will have easy access to our facilities.

We're not ditching our current location as we will continue to have our normal Sunday Services at 2307 Elwood Ave. Our mission is for our city. This is an expansion of that mission. 

Christ Temple Apostolic has always been here to serve our community. We want to see South Bend be blessed and supported by our efforts.

With what we have, we've fed  hundreds of families, provided help and assistance to members of community, and even assisted with paying off over $1,000,000 of medical debts in our city for those who were burdened by medical debt.

We believe that this new property will present even more opportunities to support and nurture South Bend.

We don't just exist to serve our church and community today, but our desire is to impact future generations. The Impact center will be an investment into our children and youth to ensure that they are equipped to impact our community.

This new property will house a daycare, supporting parents and giving a safe, trusted environment for kids of our community. We will hire the best teachers, provide competitive tuition,  and make this daycare a reliable place for parents and their children.

In addition to the daycare, we'll be able to host community events for our city's families and students. Creating safe spaces to gather and live in community together are important  to the health of our city and the future of our children.

The purchase price of the property is $900,000. With the current market being what it is, this price is a huge blessing and unique opportunity. This purchase includes 18 acres with a 14,000 sq. ft. building. The building was built in 2001 and used as a daycare, fellowship hall and church which provides us the facilities needed to host ministry events and services along with the daycare.

Along with the purchase of the land, we'll need to make some updates to bring the building up to our standards for the daycare and gathering spaces. The estimated cost of these renovations is $100,000.

With God's help we were able to raise $175,000 in just over 4 weeks to close on the property! All donations will go towards paying off the note and improvements to the property! We're believing God that we can pay this off in a accelerated manner!
Additionally, all profits made from the daycare will go towards paying off  the property. 

There are many possibilities for use of some of the 18 acres. We are praying about this. There are already developers interested in portions of this land. We will have the opportunity to sell some acreage to developers to help pay off the property and possibly pave the way to new housing developments that will be directly served by our Impact Center.
