Small Group Leader Expectations 

  • Baptized in Jesus Name and filled with the Holy Ghost.
  • Pursuing Holiness and walking in alignment with the vision of CTA.
  • Faithful in attendance to church services, prayer meetings, events and in giving of tithes and offerings.  
  • Committed to communication and accountability. (Small Group Leader Report to be filled out weekly)
  • I agree and understand that small groups are a part of CTA.  Groups are not autonomous. They are a function within the framework of the church. Changes and/or adjustments can be made at anytime by the church. Changing leaders, locations and day/time needs to be approved by CTA. 
  • Leading beyond your small group is required. You are influencing others as a leader within our small groups ministry. Your pattern of faithfulness or lack thereof will be seen as the standard of a small group leader. Be aware. Be committed. Be connected.
