To provide the best support we can, we have designed a brief questionnaire for you. Your responses will enable us to better understand your needs and ensure that we can effectively support and care for you. Your Spiritual health and connection is important to us. We will be also be touching base to check in. In addition to a check in and survey, we are having a meeting at the Impact Center on March 4th at 4pm. We hope you all can attend.
